For the intended compression and sculpting effect, we recommend selecting one size down from your standard size. For example, if your measurements typically place you in a Medium, we recommend beginning with a Small Bond. Your Bond should feel firm and compressive while still allowing you to breathe comfortably and move normally. It should never cause pain, numbness, or difficulty breathing.

YOUR BOND IS DESIGNED TO PROGRESS WITH YOU

Your bond is not designed to remain at the same level of compression indefinitely.

With consistent wear, you may notice that your Bond begins to feel less compressive as your waist circumference changes and your body adjusts to the garment. Depending on your body, wear frequency, and individual progress, this may occur within a few weeks to several months. Once your current Bond no longer provides the intended level of compression, it may be time to move into the next size down.

Example:
You typically wear a Medium → Begin with a Small Bond → Once your Small no longer provides sufficient compression, progress to an XS.

This progression is intentional. Each Bond is designed to meet you at one stage of your waist-sculpting journey before you progress into the next.

WHEN TO SIZE DOWN AGAIN

Consider moving into your next Bond when:

  • Your current Bond closes or adjusts with significantly less resistance.
  • The compression no longer feels as firm as it did initially.
  • You have reached the smallest/tightest adjustment available on your current Bond.
  • Your waist measurement now falls comfortably within the next size range.

Do not size down simply based on time. Your progression should be determined by fit, comfort, and your current measurements. Your first Bond is the beginning of your bonding experience it is not necessarily your final size.
