Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with D.D. Bond.
We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible while ensuring each item meets our quality standards.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with any claims when possible.
D.D. Bond is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.
Return Policy
We want you to love your D.D. Bond purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging included. The original security ribbon must remain fully attached and unaltered.
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, any item that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, has odors, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or has had the security ribbon removed or tampered with is not eligible for return.
Returns received more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or defective item was received.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can promptly assist you.

D.D. Bond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
